Rosalynn is a veteran of the United States Navy. She holds a B.S. in Health Care Management from Southern Illinois University. For almost 20 years she has been a leader and trainer in the field of Homeland Security and Emergency Management. Rosalynn has served as AmeriCorps VISTA (Volunteers In Service To America) and a facilitator/instructor with American Red Cross focusing on volunteer recruitment, training, sheltering, mass care, and mitigation. She has worked for FEMA assisting in all hazards disaster preparedness, response and recovery efforts. Rosalynn has shared her expertise nationally and internationally. She has responded to and provided coordination in numerous disasters. Rosalynn has spent the past 12 years working with multiple federal departments and agencies, states, tribes, non-governmental organizations and various government officials throughout the U.S. to assure in a time of need we provide a coordinated response to those impacted.
Rosalynn’s life is filled with her passion to help. That passion fuels her desire to help others maximize their ability to do the same. Rosalynn simply aims to represent the Lord well in all she does.
